Wild vegetables
Pulsy soup, light.
Ingredients
- wild greens
- sheets of paper
- a bunch of leeks
- dried meat
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- water and a large pot
Meal preparation
Boil the already prepared dry meat in a pot and cook until it is half cooked. Add the sliced vegetables to the pot, but in 2-3 batches because not all will fit, so when they are cooked, add the remaining part. When it’s ready, add specially chopped or chopped bacon with one to two cloves of garlic, briefly fried in a pan.
Serving
Wild greens are eaten without salad, without pepper, onion and other strong spices, with homemade bread. It is served warm in a deep plate.
