Štrudel od trešanja
Ingredients:
For dough:
25 dag of flour
1 egg
A dram of salt
2 drops of oil
some warm water
For the filling:
kilo of peeled cherries
3-4 strands of grated Koroman or breadcrumbs
4-5 tablespoons of oil or melted butter (can also be fat)
4 spoons of sugar
5-6 strands of grated koromano or breadcrumbs
a little cinnamon
Meal preparation:
Knead the dough as for any pie, divide it into two parts and make small cakes, then coat them with oil, cover them with a cloth and leave them to rest for about twenty minutes.
Spread a tablecloth on the table and sprinkle it with a little flour, then roll out a thin loaf of dough. Spray the resulting crust with fat, sprinkle half of the cherries, sugar and grated koromano on it. If desired, add a teaspoon of cinnamon. Using a tablecloth, roll the dough with the filling and carefully transfer the resulting loaf to a greased baking sheet.
Repeat everything with the rest of the dough and filling.
Bake the strudel on medium heat for 30-40 minutes. The baked strudel is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
