Ingredients:

  • 35 dag of rice
  • 2 kg of various shells
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 dcl of white wine
  • 2-3 dcl of fish or vegetable soup
  • 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A cube of butter
  • Pepper, salt
  • parsley

Preparation:
Place the shells in the pot, cover and cook for ten minutes (until they open). Remove the pan from the heat and remove the meat from the shells. Strain and save the water released by the shells during cooking. Saute chopped garlic in olive oil, add washed rice and saute for a short time

toss with warm fish soup. When the soup evaporates, cover the rice with wine and the water released by the shells. Continue cooking and top up with soup if necessary. Towards the end of cooking, gently mix the clams, chopped parsley, butter and pepper into the rice. The water released by the shells is salty, so you should try the dish and add salt if necessary. Serve hot.
