Ingredients:

  • small white snails gather and gather on the sikavica. They do not need to be cleaned
  • vinegar (yeast), olive oil, salt, pepper

 

Preparation:

It was eaten exclusively for brunch, the meat was removed with metal needles because the snails are small.

Remark:

Small snails are “harvested” and prepared only in Bokanjac (part of Zadar), where this recipe was recorded. The dish was prepared exclusively for brunch.
