Ingredients:

– 2 cups of flour

– lukewarm water

– 1 yeast

– a teaspoon of salt

– oil for frying

– granulated sugar for sprinkling

Preparation: 

In a deep bowl, mix the flour with water, yeast and salt and leave it in a warm place for at least half an hour for the dough to rise (to rise). Lightly stretch the dough and separate the pieces with your hands and fry them in hot oil in a deep bowl. After they are golden brown, they are removed from the oil, drained of excess fat and sprinkled with sugar.
