Riba s bobom (Sali, Dugi otok)
Ingredients:
- 3 handfuls of cleaned beans
- 2 homemade turnips
- a piece of pork (pork) in brine
- salt
- olive oil
Preparation:
Soak the beans in lukewarm water with a spoonful of salt the night before. The next day, put it to cook, and when it becomes soft, add cleaned domestic turnips , cut into small pieces ( landice ). A piece of salted pepper from the brine can be added to the dish to make it tastier, or it can be done without it. Toward the end, add a couple of chard leaves to the dish, season with salt and olive oil. He eats like stew with a spoon.
