Pužice (Bokanjac, Zadar)
Ingredients:
- small white snails gather and gather on the sikavica. They do not need to be cleaned
- vinegar (yeast), olive oil, salt, pepper
Preparation:
It was eaten exclusively for brunch, the meat was removed with metal needles because the snails are small.
