Traditional food, recipes and methods of food preparation are at risk of disappearing due to the increasing globalization and internationalization of the food market.
For this reason, as part of the project, an extensive research of culinary heritage, recipes and old methods of preparing dishes will be carried out in order to prevent them from being forgotten. Culinary heritage trails will be created where tourists will be able to try the food of these regions. Also, three traditional kitchens will be set up, one in each partner country, through which the culinary heritage of this area will be promoted with different cooking courses.
