Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of radish (1 kg to 1.5 kg)
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes (about 300 g)
  • ½ dl of olive oil (half a cup)
  • a little salt (1 teaspoon)
  • a little chopped garlic (onion) if desired

Preparation:

Remove the outer leaves from the rudici and cut into smaller pieces. Wash well in several waters so that it does not remain impure (mud, dirt). Clean the potatoes and cut them into pieces (feta) and put them to boil in plenty of salted water. When potatoes
when it softens a little, add the washed and drained radish and boil for a few minutes (do not overcook). Then drain and season with olive oil in a bowl. Add salt if necessary. This is a very typical side dish served with meat or fish.
