Organized by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports HNŽ-K, an educational kitchen for the preparation of traditional dishes was officially opened today in Mostar, which is the result of project activities of the Interreg project CUHaCHA – EnhanCing Sustainable Tourism Development through Culinary Heritage. The kitchen was opened by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports HNŽ-K Rašid Hadžović and the secretary of the Red Cross of the City of Mostar, Alen Kajtaz, by cutting the ribbon.
