Practical and theoretical workshops were held with the aim of promoting the culinary heritage of Zadar County
November 12, 2022 a theoretical workshop was held for service providers (OPGs, restaurants, agrotourism…) of Zadar County. At the workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn more about local and regional cuisines, staple foods, the way food is presented, and preserving the quality and distinctiveness of traditional dishes.
Next to the theoretical workshop, 12. and November 13, 2022. three practical workshops were also held. Five service providers participated in the workshops.
The aim of the workshops was to point out the importance of preserving the quality and recognition of traditional dishes, and to train workshop participants in the best way to cook and present food to visitors.
