On 17th of December 2022. Culinary Heritage Fair was held in Mostar, where the rich culinary tradition and autochthonous offer of Herzegovina-Neretva County-Canton was presented.
It can be said that the Culinary Heritage Expo presented a part of what the Herzegovina – Neretva County – Canton is proud of and what makes it different from the others.
Visitors to the fair could taste Herzegovinian ushtipka, bey soup, lamb, Herzegovinian japrak, sogan dolma, baklava, kadaif, figs, urmašica and other traditional dishes.
In addition to the above, visitors to the fair could buy various products of OPG – sheep and associations that represent the indigenous offer of this area.
