Makaroni na iglu

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg of smooth wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g of homemade fat
  • 30 ml of oil
  • a pinch of Nin salt
  • about 200 ml of water

Preparation:
Make an indentation in the flour and add the egg, salt, and softened fat. Add lukewarm water and knead a smooth dough, then knead it well so that it is neither too hard nor too soft. Cover the dough with a cloth to let it rest for half an hour, and then divide it into several small pieces. After the dough has rested, form small rolls that are cut into small pieces. Place a knitting needle on each piece, shape macaroni with your palms, then remove them from the needle. Macaroni
shape from the whole dough, spread on a floured surface and leave to dry for half an hour. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water, drain while hot, and serve like other types of pasta.
