Aware of the fact that old traditional dishes are slowly and surely falling into oblivion, the CUHaCHA project team designed a series of activities with which local cuisine and local products will stimulate innovation and promotion and ultimately ensure development on a regional and global level, and above all, improve tourism even more. offer.
The main goal of the CUHaCHA project is to strengthen and preserve the identity of the common culinary heritage of the program area and contribute to the development of tourism.
One of the main results of the CUHaCHA project is the Culinary Heritage Monograph, which will be available in Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin and English, and will contain 45 traditional recipes, 15 from each region. Traditional recipes and ways of preparing dishes will be accompanied by interesting facts and anecdotes from the past.
The CUHaCHA project team plans to involve all interested wider audiences in the research of culinary heritage.
