Ingredients:

  • ½ kg leg of lamb
  • 2 handfuls of cleaned young peas ( biži )
  • 1 tomato
  • a few young potatoes
  • 1 large onion ( capula)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (onion )
  • herbs: rosemary, sage, basil

 

Preparation:

Brown the larger cut cabbage in fat or oil, add the lamb cut into larger pieces, add salt and sauté on medium heat ( shufigati ).
