Kuke s jajima i pršutom
Ingredients (for 2 meals):
- 1 hip tie
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl of olive oil
Preparation:
In 1 dl of olive oil, fry the hooks and onions cut into 1 cm long pieces. Pour 2 beaten eggs over everything. Let everything cook together in the pan until you get an omelette.
