Kaštradina
Ingredients:
- 1 cochet of kastradina
- 5-6 potatos
- 2 kg of verzot, raštana or white cabbage
Meal preparation:
Put the couscous of kastradina in the pot and pour the water 15-20 minutes after the first boiling. Pour the water back into the pot and cook until the meat is separated from the bone. Save water. In another pot, cook the potatos with the greens of your choice. Towards the end of cooking, drain the water and add the water in which the kastradina was cooked. Control the saltiness, reduce the heat and let them simmer gently. When everything is cooked, drain the water, check the taste, put the pieces of kastradina in the pot with the greens, cover and let the dish stand for a while.
