Ingredients (for 4-8 meals):
- 3 pie crusts
- 64 dkg of lamb or beef thigh meat (can also be mixed)
- 3-4 red onions
- about 20 dkg of butter (or other fat)
- salt, pepper.
Meal preparation
The meat is chopped or ground. Finely chop the onion. The noodles develop and dry. A little fat is put in the pot and the onion is lightly fried, salted and cooled, then meat, salt and pepper are added and mixed.
Slow burek: The noodles are cut in the size of the pan. The baking pan is greased and covered with one noodle, which is seasoned with melted fat, and then with another noodle, so that a “bottom base” is created. Then the filling is sprinkled evenly, then covered with the third noodle, alternating the filling and noodles several times. Each dumpling is seasoned with melted fat. At the end, two final noodles are placed and each is greased. Burek is baked in the oven, and when baked, it is cut into cubes or rhombuses.
Burek in jams : noodles on which the filling is spread are crumpled (rolled) and placed in a greased pan. In a square pan, the rolled noodles are arranged lengthwise – next to each other, and in a round pan – starting from the center and towards the edge of the pan.
Burek u frk: each half of a noodle makes a separate frk, a separately formed whole. Freckles can be round or elliptical. This way of stacking pies is common when preparing pies for a trip, a trip, and in buregdžinice and ašćinice.
Serving
