Ingredients:

  • 2 kg of cleaned dates
  • 2 dl of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar (yeast)
  • 2 ripe peeled tomatoes
  • 4 onions (capules)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (onion)
  • ½ dl of olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • parsley

 

Preparation:

Brown the onion (capula) in olive oil, add finely chopped cleaned tomatoes (tomatoes) and garlic. When the scab has spread, add the cleaned ( twisted ) mussels. Gradually add white wine and wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and let it boil over low heat. Brudet is ready when the sauce thickens .

Brudet is usually served with polenta.
