Ingredients (for five meals):

  • 500 g of meat (veal or pork)
  • 2 large red onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large carrot or 2 smaller ones
  • some parsley

spices:

  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Vegeta
  • spoon of red pepper
  • 1/2 spoon of pepper
  • water

Browned flour:

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 dl of water

Preparation:

Finely chop the red onion and carrot into rings. Stew in heated fat. When it is stewed, add the finely sliced meat and simmer covered over low heat, adding hot water as needed. When the meat is soft, add the sauce. Mix everything well and add spices. Let it sit for a few minutes so that everything becomes uniform. Leave the pepper meat to “rest” a little.

Serving:

Sprinkle the pepper meat with finely chopped parsley. It is most often served with rice and green salad.
