Bokeljsko božićno slatko
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of wheat
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- 30 dag of dried apricots
- 10 days of dry food
- 20 dag of dry chopped figs
- 10 dates without a peak
- 2 x 0.03 rosulin or other liqueur
- 0.03 cinnamon
- 0.03 ground cloves
- a cup of rose hips
- Lemon and orange with decoration
Preparation:
Cook wheat, and towards the end add dried fruit and sugar, then continue cooking for another twenty minutes. When it thickens sweetly, cool it and mix in rosulin, cinnamon and cloves. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with rose hips. Garnish with orange and lemon feta.
Serving:
It is served with a spoon on plates decorated with rose hips and citrus fruits.
