Zelje na ulje
Ingredients:
- 4-5 white potatos
- 1.5 kg savoy cabbage
- Olive oil
Meal preparation:
Place the potatos and greens in the pot to cook. Season as desired. Serve with olive oil.
Serving:
It is served on a soup plate. It is recommended to add olive oil.
Interesting facts about the dish:
The dish is always recommended when the ingredients are available, i.e. when the greens are in season (spring and autumn). The dish is especially interesting during late autumn when there are still greens and it is the season of olive harvest, so it is also seasoned with young olive oil.
