Janjetina s bižom
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of young lamb
- 1 kg of peas
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- a glass of white wine
- parsley
- peppercorns
- bio spice
- olive oil
Meal preparation:
Put the chopped onion in a wide pan, fry a little, add olive oil, heat it and add the onion and garlic. Wash the lamb, cut it into pieces and put it in the pan to fry on all sides. Pour in the white wine and when it evaporates, add the finely chopped tomatoes (or ready-made tomato sauce), and cook at a medium temperature. When the meat is half cooked, add peas, carrots cut into feta, a couple of peppercorns and organic seasoning. Cook until the biz softens and becomes thick, when it usually turns a nice red color. You can also add tuber to the dish, but I avoid it because I like to eat it the day after, when it is even better.
