As part of the CUHaCHA project, extensive research was carried out on the culinary heritage of Zadar County, Herzegovina-Neretva County/Canton and the Bay of Kotor.
The project partners have completed this activity, which will serve as the basis for the implementation of future activities in the project:
creation of a culinary heritage monograph
culinary heritage trails.
During the research project partners (Agency for Rural Development of Zadar County – AGRRA, Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Herzegovina – Neretva County – Canton and Municipality of Tivat) collected recipes and ways of preparing traditional food. They also came across some interesting facts about local cuisines.
