Peel and scrub the potatoes, finely chop the onion, combine everything and add salt, pepper, flour and water. The dough must be liquid, not too thick, the baking sheet must be oiled and preheated, so that the dough is baked immediately and a crispy crust is formed. Bake at 200° for about 45 minutes. It can be made with the addition of zucchini, cheese, pancetta and yogurt.
Let it cool a little and it is ready to serve. It is served with sour milk or cream. Those who like hot and peppery dishes pour vinegar and pepper over the baked klukuša.
