During December, another project activity was carried out in all three partner regions. This activity referred to the holding of round tables attended by employees from the tourism sector, specifically representatives of tourist boards.
This event served as an excellent opportunity to present CUHaCHA as a completely new “product” on the market, that is, on the gastronomic offer of our partner regions. So much attention was paid to the project results, especially the culinary heritage trails and the interactive map.
Culinary heritage trails represent a new offer to domestic and foreign tourists, and consist of 7 different trails, of which three are local, three are regional and one is international.
Also, all present had the opportunity to see the Culinary Heritage Monograph.
