As part of the event “November Days 2022”, the Municipality of Tivat is on the 14th of November 2022 organized the Culinary heritage expo on the city’s Pine waterfront.
This gastronomic-educational event is one of a series of activities of the cross-border cooperation project “EnhanCing Sustainable Tourism Development through Culinary HeritAge – CUHaCHA”, and was an ideal opportunity for Tivat restaurateurs, households and agricultural producers to present their offer of local traditional dishes and products. As part of the program, a presentation of the Culinary Heritage Monograph created as part of the project was organized, as well as the preparation of meals on the spot according to traditional recipes found in the mentioned monograph. Singer Danijel Alibabić performed in the musical part of the program.
