Brmbeč s krumpirima (Škabrnja, Ravni kotari)

Ingredients:

  • brambeč (collect as many as you can)
  • mangel
  • 2 potatoes
  • pancetta

 

Preparation: 

Clean the brmbech with a knife and grate the root with the Swiss chard. Then put sliced Swiss chard, Brussels sprouts and potatoes, you can also add some pancetta and cook it all together.
