Pirjan od vinove loze
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of spinach
- 250 gr of grape vines
- 250 g of spring onions
- 250 ml of meat water (boil the shank with seasonal roots
vegetables) - 1 handful of rice
Spices:
- salt, pepper,
- parsley (parsley) and
- 4 mint leaves
Preparation:
Wash and chop the vegetables. Put the chopped vegetables in the pot, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour meat water over and cook for 10-15 minutes at a medium temperature. Sprinkle rice and finely chopped parsley and mint on top, cover and reduce to a lower temperature. The dish is ready when the rice has absorbed the liquid.
Serving:
It is served as an appetizer, as a side dish, as a filling for meat rolls and as a main dish.
