Work is underway on preparatory activities for the arrangement of the traditional kitchen in Mostar

In July 2022, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports HNŽ-K. started with the realization of the first phase of the arrangement of the traditional kitchen as part of the CUHACHA project, in the premises of the Red Cross in Mostar.

This phase of arrangement includes the preparation of the building site and the execution of handicraft works. In the second stage of decoration, the space will be equipped with appropriate kitchen equipment and accessories. The aforementioned stages of the arrangement of traditional cuisine are part of the activities of the project “Enhancing Sustainable Tourism Development through Culinary HeritAge – CUHaCHA”, which is implemented within the second call of the Interreg IPA cross-border cooperation program between Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro for the period 2014-2020. years.

The training of service providers will be carried out in the equipped traditional kitchen, with the aim of better management of the culinary heritage. The planned completion of the stage of decorating the traditional kitchen is in mid-September 2022. year, and their total value is 89,836.52 euros without VAT.
