Artičoke sa bobom
Ingredients:
- 4 artichokes
- 0.5 kg of beans
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2-3 onions
- 1 spoon of breadcrumbs
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 dl of white wine
Meal preparation:
Finely chop parsley and 2-3 onions and mix with olive oil, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. The mass must be liquid enough for stuffing. Gently separate the artichoke leaves with your hands and leave them in cold water for about 10 minutes. After they have stood in the water, rinse them under running water and cover them with the mixture prepared above. Place half of the washed broad beans on the bottom of the bowl, arrange the artichokes, and add the remaining part of the broad beans around the artichokes. Cover with water, add salt and pepper, and cook for up to 30 minutes. Add wine, olive oil and continue cooking for another ten minutes.
