One of the four main results of the CUHaCHA project is the creation of a culinary heritage monograph.
The partner in charge of implementing this activity is the Zadar County Rural Development Agency (AGRRA). This project activity will be carried out during the next two months, and the monograph will be available for the target groups of the project.
At the last project meeting held in Tivat at the beginning of March this year, the partners agreed on the content of the monographs, which will include photos, recipes and methods of preparing dishes. AGRRA, together with an external expert, continues to develop the look of the monograph, which will soon be available in print.
