Peka

Fragrant, a mixture of meat and vegetables.

Ingredients

• 3 kg of veal
• 2 kg of potatoes
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 3 onions
• salt and pepper
• oil

Meal preparation

Cut the meat into larger pieces and add salt, pepper, oil and red pepper. Vegetables are also cut into large pieces. Add oil and meat to the baking dish, and then arrange the vegetables. Add a little more salt and red pepper. Prepare the baking dish and place the grill on it. Open it after 50 minutes and pull the potatoes on top. Open and mix every half hour. Bake like this for about two and a half hours, until the baking juices are reduced.

Serving

Hot, with salad. It is usually preceded by clear soup.
